My name is Shar. I am a 20 something year old Air Force wife and mother to two amazing boys. I'm originally from Miami, Fl where most of my family still lives. When I graduate I will have a degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Ed. I hope to start with teaching Kindergarten and end up with 3rd Grade.

 I love reading, chocolate, Calla Lilies and all things that make me smile. I am addicted and fiercely loyal to technology and all things Apple. I am deathly afraid of spiders and failures. This isn't to say that I haven't encountered both; it just means that when I do, I use it as a learning tool to ensure I never have that same experience again.

My Love

For the last 6 almost 7 years I have been married to the most amazing guy named T. He spoils me and makes me feel like a queen everyday. He was my first love. We met in high school his senior, my sophomore year. After he graduated we lost touch but a few years later we reconnected and later married. While he isn't perfect (neither am I) he is perfect for me. I can't imagine my life without him; and trust me there are times (like when he leaves his dirty clothes on the floor or dirty dishes in the sink) that I've truly tried. Lol, but I digress....                            

My Little Ones

We have two wonderful little boys; the oldest, we'll call him Speedy, is 4 years old and headed to Kindergarten this year and the youngest, Chipmunk, is 7 months old (as of Jan 2013). They are the joys of my life and I'm so grateful they belong to me.

Where We Live

Our family currently lives in the Northern VA area. We've been here since Sept 2011 and although I can do without the traffic, I actually love the area. I like being so close to DC, just a 30 min train ride and we are at such museums and landmarks as the Smithsonian and the King & Lincoln Memorials. I'm excited for my family to be able to take advantage of all the fun and educational opportunities available to us.
